There’s a book that sits by my bed, always. It’s part anchor, part chocolate. Something I dip into to find thoughts to hold onto when I need a hand, or more. It’s called The Happiness Project, by Gretchen Rubin.
I met Gretchen last year at Mighty Summit and have loved all the times we’ve spent together since. She’s as funny as she is professor — the best combination. So when Gretchen, Isabel, Maggie and I were having lunch a couple of months ago in NYC and Gretchen was wondering what she should do for the launch of her new book, Happier at Home, it only took 2.3 secs for us to agree that the Go Mighty team should make that happen.
